I recently had a fantastic stay at a guest house in Yerevan. the value for money was outstanding. I was pleasantly surprised by the low prices and the quality of the accommodation. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-furnished with everything I needed. Additionally, the hotel's location in the Central City, in front of a market and close to shops, was incredibly convenient for exploring the area.
No improvements needed, everything was perfect.

The guesthouse is conveniently located near shops and a 24-hour market. the rooms and bathrooms were clean, and the staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. the homemade breakfast was outstandingly tasty, and the free secured parking was a plus. it has a flat screen TV and WiFi available to use.
The signage for the guesthouse could be improved for easier navigation.

Had a great Christmas stay at this hostel. the location was perfect, close to everything including public transport and shops. the staff were wonderful, so friendly and welcoming. They really went out of their way to make sure we had a comfortable stay. the room was clean and comfortable with new furnishings, which was really appreciated. the breakfast was basic but we were able to adjust it to our liking. We also enjoyed the flat screen TV in the breakfast room.
The only negative was that the beds were sofa type beds which might not be comfortable for everyone. the common toilet was okay since the hostel wasn't fully booked at our dates.

Had a lovely Xmas at this guest house. The breakfast was homemade and very delicious. We appreciated the 24hr convenience store located right opposite the guest house. , the rooms and bathrooms were kept clean, which was great.
The lighting in the hallways and rooms could have been better. we did encounter some water problems during our stay which was a little inconvenient.
